Mr. Pareed Sunil
Mr. Pareed Sunil has over three decades of rich and diverse experience in the banking industry, with deep domain expertise across Treasury Operations, International Banking, Credit Management, Risk Management, Compliance, and Human Resources. He has been with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) Group since 1992 and has been the Managing Director & CEO of PNB Gilts Ltd. since 19th June 2025. Prior to becoming the MD & CEO, he served as the Deputy CEO of PNB Gilts Ltd. for nearly 2 years, where he played a pivotal role in steering the organization through a complex market environment.
A significant part of his professional journey within the PNB Group includes key overseas treasury assignments, which enriched his understanding of global financial markets. He is widely recognized for his balanced leadership style, regulatory sensitivity, and core focus on strengthening the government securities market through transparency and resilience.
Educational Background: Mr. Sunil has done his MBA in Finance and holds a Post Graduate Programme in Banking & Finance (PGPBF) from the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), Pune. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
