The Board, at present, consists of six elected non-executive Directors representing a cross section of PDs. The composition of the Board represents an optimal mix of professionalism, knowledge and experience and enables the Board to discharge its responsibilities and provide effective leadership to the Association.
The members of the Board offer their time voluntarily to PDAI (being an Association). Since its inception in 1997, PDAI has always had Board members who had appropriate competency and technical skills for handling issues which arise and the responsibilities cast upon the Association by regulators.
